Trackit Lights is founded by teachers in the UK that wanted a fun and easy way to log behaviour, but also comprehensive and inline with Ofsted and DfE regulations. Trackit Lights sends behaviour logs straight into other systems like CPOMS, MyConcern, as well as offering a robust school-wide behaviour tracker that replaces paper forms, bound books, Excel spreadsheets, wallcharts, inconsistent rewards systems, writing out certificates, tallying up house points and tedious behaviour admin systems. Trackit Lights helps teachers work ‘smarter not harder’ and makes behaviour management easy…
Monster Avatars / Behaviour Logging
Via computers, tablets, and phones
Management Information System integration (e.g. SIMS, Integris, CMIS…etc)
Integrates with all major MIS systems. When pupils move up a Year, they will automatically move up in Trackit Lights and their past behaviour records will stay with them.
CPOMS and MyConcern integration
Incident forms generated in Trackit Lights can be sent straight into your safeguarding system automatically so you won’t ever need to type behaviour incidents into your other systems again.
SIMS / Bromcom writeback
If you use SIMS or Bromcom, behaviour logged in Trackit Lights can be sent automatically into your MIS behaviour module.
Interactive Whiteboard App
An interface that runs down the right-hand side of the board allowing the teacher to log behaviour without having to navigate away from PowerPoint or other windows.
Multiple Steps of Reminders for Unwanted Behaviour
Orange: Level 1 behaviours, Yellow: Level 2 behaviours, Red: Level 3 behaviours
Advanced School-Wide Reports
Comprehensive reports that meet Ofsted and DfE requirements.
Every class point given is also added to the pupil’s house
Bronze, silver, gold, platinum, and diamond certificates are generated automatically when a pupil reaches a certain threshold of points and printed in bulk.
Auto-Generated Incident Forms
When a teacher logs a red behaviour (an extreme incident), an Incident Form is generated automatically which can be completed in seconds.
Behaviour Email Alerts
When a teacher logs a red behaviour (an extreme incident), an email alert will be sent to relevant members of staff.
Reflection Time / Detention System
Log a pupil into Reflection Time or Detention in a few clicks and then the pupil’s name will be added to a special register for the member of staff to mark when running the reflection session.
Including messaging, broadcasts, behaviour reports, sharing photos, and homework

Trackit Lights is now an integral part of our school! It focuses on rewarding positive behaviours whilst supporting children to self-regulate. It has helped our teachers be consistent and focus on teaching which has improved progress in learning and hugely decreased negative behaviours - 99% of behaviours are now positive. Our pupils and parents love the certificates they receive which we generate automatically. As SLT, we have used the reporting element to support us with coaching teachers and LSAs, identifying trends to focus on the right areas for development - we can even see what is happening in the classrooms in real time! It has really embedded the learning behaviours from our school values and helped us celebrate children's success. We wouldn't be without it!Read More
