Please also ensure that the Trackit Lights application has access to all its files created on the PC, as well as having full permissions to access its folders and files. In addition, check the group policies and active directory policies to make sure the users have full permissions to access the Trackit Lights application and files installed.

Check the network drive and the permissions to access files and folders. If you have checked the above, we suggest comparing a working user’s Windows profile with the non-working user to highlight the issue.
